Hi Greymonters
If you didn't know yet, Greymont has started pulling up it's sock and the residents are taking action. We have started to take notice of the problems in the area and are addressing them through a residents forum which will meet once a month at the NG Kerk( as far as I know) It will be the first Monday of every Month (next 5 March 2012 so please join it will help if we all stand together our area can gain the pride it once had.
There is no reason that we cant make this area the next Park Hurst or Greenside. Please support all the legitimate business in the area and promote a small town feel in the area.
The Gent organising the Form is Chris and is doing a wonderful Job, please support him as thus far most of the expense has come from his pocket.
Also we are are asking people to help Neighbours with tools to cut and maintain the curbs if they have started to overgrow. We all know this is the Cities JOB but if we left anything up to them we might as well live in a tin shack township.
THE BIG ONE please report any dodgy dealings in the area to the Sophia town Police station and when reopting any crimes to 10111 make sure you get a IR number.
We are SECTOR 3 and our SAP car direct number is 071 675 6192 or 071 675 6185 but also report the incident through the 10111 number. PLEASE DONT ABUSE THIS NUMBER WE DONT WANT TO CRY WOLF!!! only if there is an incident or you feel unsafe.
